About Kellbro Enterprises LLC

Two decades of neighborhood investment, led by executives who have run multi-million-dollar programs

Kellbro was founded in Kansas City to restore homes that others had given up on, and to return them to the community as affordable places to live. More than 50 homes later, the company is led by a team that pairs that neighborhood experience with Fortune 500 program leadership.

Leadership

Executive leadership with 60+ years of combined experience

Kellbro's leadership combines two decades of neighborhood investment with more than 40 years of executive leadership on multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs. Every engagement is led by a principal, from first conversation through final report.

Founder & President

Willie Kelly

Willie founded Kellbro and has led its investment strategy for more than 20 years, directing the acquisition, restoration, and return to service of 50+ homes in Kansas City neighborhoods most in need of reinvestment. A former mortgage broker, he underwrites every opportunity from the lender's side of the table: valuation, cost to restore, carrying cost, and debt service. That discipline has built a portfolio grounded in verified numbers and long-standing relationships with contractors, lenders, and community partners. He sets Kellbro's acquisition criteria and quality standard and remains accountable for every asset the company holds.
